Over time, that separation can leave us feeling anxious, tense, or emotionally flat. Somatic work invites you to slow down, breathe, and gently come home — to your body, your heart, and the stillness of your own inner being.
What Is Somatic Work?
Somatic work is a deeply intuitive, body-centered practice that helps you reconnect with yourself on every level — physical, emotional, and energetic. It’s a process of listening, sensing, and honoring what your body is communicating, rather than trying to think your way through healing.
In a session, we begin by grounding into the present moment — softening into the body and allowing the breath to guide us inward. Together, we follow what arises: sensations, emotions, images, or memories. You’re invited to con
nect with your heart, feel into your body, and gently touch the emotions that want to be seen.
As we move through this awareness, I’ll guide you back to the safety of your mind — to the calm center of clarity and peace that exists within you. This ebb and flow between feeling and grounding helps your whole system remember how to return to balance and wellbeing.
What to Expect in a 1:1 Online Session
Each session is a safe, sacred space where you are fully held in presence and compassion. You don’t need to prepare or perform — you simply arrive as you are.
I’ll guide you with intuitive prompts, grounding practices, and gentle awareness. There’s no judgment, no pressure, and no rush. Everything you feel is welcome here — whether it’s sadness, joy, resistance, or release.
