Meet Heather Rose

Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Heather Rose, and like you, I’m a survivor.

I’ve lived through trauma, endured loss, questioned my worth, carried shame and guilt, battled

hopelessness, struggled with harmful thoughts, sought therapy, and experimented with medications

in search of relief.

Does any of that sound familiar? Do you ever feel isolated or invisible — as if no one could possibly

understand the battles you’re fighting in your mind? Do you wonder if anyone truly sees what

you’re going through?

If you’re nodding yes, I want you to know: I’ve been there too.

I know what it’s like to feel swallowed by darkness, to believe there’s no hope left. Then one day, I stood up and said, “Enough. I cannot live like this anymore and expect to survive.”

That was the beginning of my healing journey. I found just one ounce of courage and used it to challenge life back. I made a choice to reclaim myself. It wasn’t easy — in fact, it was incredibly hard. But I can tell you with joy and deep conviction: I did it. And so can you. Yes, YOU.

I may not know your exact story, but I promise to meet you with honesty, compassion, and zero pretense. I know what it feels like to live in a mind that doesn’t always make sense — to be triggered by everyday experiences others take for granted.

Maybe you’re here looking for connection. Maybe you want to be part of the movement for mental health awareness. Or maybe you’re just trying to feel seen. Whatever brought you here, I’m truly glad you came.

You are not alone. Together, we are stronger.

My hope is that today you’ll take one step toward allowing yourself to be heard, to be seen, and to build your confidence in healing and wellness.

Let’s challenge life — together — and remember we are all courageous.

How Courageous Living Was Born

Courageous Living was born out of that same decision — the moment I chose to stop surviving and start truly living.
Through my own journey of healing, I discovered that transformation is possible when we approach it with both heart and soul. Healing isn’t linear. It’s messy, raw, and beautiful. And it’s worth it.

I created Courageous Living to be a sanctuary for people who have experienced trauma, depression, or deep emotional pain. It’s a space where you can come exactly as you are — where judgment falls away and compassion takes its place.

Here, I bring together the tools that helped me rebuild my own life: grounded Life Coaching, trauma-informed strategies, and spiritual practices that support personal transformation. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you reconnect to the strength, wisdom, and light already within you.

My Background: Psychology Meets Spirituality

I hold a Master’s in School Counseling, which gave me a strong foundation in human behavior, trauma awareness, and emotional healing. But I always sensed there was more to our stories than what the mind could explain.
That calling led me to study at The Vitalist School of Psychospiritual Transformation, where I learned to weave spirituality and psychology together — to see healing as both a human and a soul-centered experience.

Over time, I realized that healing isn’t only about understanding the past — it’s about reclaiming your power in the present. My work now blends these two worlds, helping clients transform emotional wounds into wisdom through practical guidance, mindset tools, and spiritual awareness.

At Courageous Living, the psychological and spiritual coexist. We work with your thoughts, emotions, energy, and purpose.
It’s an integrated approach to healing — rooted in compassion, honesty, and truth.

Healing Through Authenticity

Authenticity is at the core of everything I do. Healing doesn’t happen when we pretend to be fine — it happens when we are brave enough to be real. I bring my full, authentic self to each session, and I invite you to do the same.

You won’t find quick fixes here or forced positivity. You’ll find a space where you can breathe, cry, laugh, question, and grow. A space where your pain is honored as part of your story — but not the end of it.

Every client’s journey is unique. Some come to work through trauma or depression. Others seek clarity, purpose, or a renewed sense of self. Whatever your reason, we move gently, at your pace, and with deep respect for your process. Together, we transform pain into understanding, and self-doubt into strength.

The Power of Courage

The name Courageous Living came from what I learned firsthand: courage isn’t about never being afraid — it’s about choosing to move forward anyway.
Healing takes that kind of bravery. It takes courage to face the darkness, to speak your truth, and to open your heart again after it’s been broken.

When we choose courage, even in small ways, everything begins to shift.
The moment you decide to take that first step toward healing — even if you’re trembling — you’ve already started to reclaim your power.

That’s the energy behind every session, every conversation, and every breakthrough at Courageous Living.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to begin.

Why Courageous Living Is Unique

Courageous Living isn’t a traditional coaching program. It’s a fusion of evidence-based practices and soulful guidance — a space where your mind, heart, and spirit are all supported.

In our work together, we focus on:

  • Life Coaching to uncover patterns, release limiting beliefs, and set aligned goals.

  • Trauma-informed strategies to heal past wounds and strengthen resilience.

  • Mindset and energy work to restore balance and confidence.

  • Spiritual awareness to connect you with your inner truth and guidance.

This holistic approach allows you to grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually — helping you step fully into who you are meant to be.

An Invitation to Begin

If these words resonate with you, it’s not by accident. Something inside you is ready — ready to release the weight of the past, to remember your worth, and to live with courage again.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been beneath the pain. And you don’t have to do it alone.

If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I would be honored to walk beside you.
Visit Courageous Living to learn more or schedule a session. Let’s take this brave step together — toward truth, healing, and a life lived from the heart.

You are not broken.
You are becoming.
Welcome home.
