The phrase "You are loved" may seem simple, almost ordinary. Yet, when spoken with intention and shared in a circle of others that feel safe, it can unlock deep emotions and transform hearts. This is exactly what happened to me during a session at Vitalist School. As I sat among our community, we took turns telling one another, "You are loved."
